The MRJ Group is proud to partner with this leading Financial Services giant in Canary Wharf as the organisation is about to embark on a huge programme of change (Business & IT).
As part of this exciting change which will reshape the company and take it to a whole new level, we currently require an experienced Business Analyst with strong FS experience.
The role:
Working within a newly created business analysis team, which has been formed to support the successful delivery of all business and technology projects, the business analyst will be expected to work with business stakeholders and business analysts to identify, articulate and document business requirements. You will bridge the gap between the technology and business communities to ensure usable and effective solutions are delivered and manage key stakeholders (internal & external( throughout the full project lifecycle.
The Person:
To be considered, the Head of the BA team is looking for an experienced business analyst with a talent for bridging the gap between the business and technical IT staff. An innovator, you will have an ability to rapidly understand detailed business objectives, requirements, logic and the needs of clients and systems.
With vast experience gained within the financial services industry you will NEED to have a proven track record of identifying and documenting business requirements and assessing the impact of changes on systems. It is essential that you have strong process improvement skills coupled with solid GAP analysis, 3rd party mgmt and impact analysis experience. Experience working in merger / de-merger programmes is HIGHLY advantageous.
