A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Programme Director currently exists within our world leading Investment Manager.
Reporting into the board, a Programme Director is required to deliver significant programmes of work across all central functions (Pensions, IT, HR, Finance). Leading a matrix team (with 5+ direct reports), the PD will take full accountability for the portfolio of programmes within the company including (but not limited to): Full P&L management; influencing and management of key board level stakeholders; delivery; programme assurance; risk&issues; and nurturing of PM's.
To be considered, it is essential that you have a track record of programme management within an Investment Manager / Bank. Ideally a Prince2 / MSP Practitioner and/or ScrumMaster, you will be a key instigator of change.
Your background to date will offer significant experience at senior management level delivering large scale (£10m) and highly critical programmes across a broad mix of disciplines (IT, Systems, HR & Finance). A leader of people, you will offer superb interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive project teams & stakeholders to ensure the continued success of all programmes managed by yourself.
