Senior Business Systems Analyst (Front Office) urgently required by leading Investment Manager in London.... Our client has recently embarked on a very exciting and challenging 3 year programme of change and see their new technology platforms as the key to taking the company to completely new levels.
The Role:
Working as part of a large programme implementation team, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between the technology team and the key Front Office users (Traders, Research Analysts etc.).
This 3 year programme needs experts, and you will be expected to not only seek out key business requirements but deliver practical solutions to any given problem. The role works closely with senior users and your stakeholder management skills will certainly be drawn upon.
The Person:
You will be an experienced Front Office IT Business Analyst currently working within either a Buy Side or Sell Side organisation, and we are looking for an individual who has vast experience working with leading Order Management and Trading Systems (i.e. Bloomberg POMS, Charles River, Latent Zero, Longview, ThinkFolio). Fixed Income Asset Class domain knowledge is highly advantageous.
You will offer: Strong business analysis skills with a proven record of project participation; exposure to working with global teams and large scale technology platform implementations; knowledge of project/development life cycles including formal methods (i.e. UML); the ability to work to tight deadlines; and key stakeholder management.
