One of the fastest expanding Digital / Media organisations, based in the heart of London (Soho), is urgently looking for a Senior Business Analyst as their impressive client list continues to expand.
Reporting to the Head of PM and Software Development, the successful Senior Business Analyst will work closely with a number of key blue chip customers on the delivery of web, portal, platform and intelligence solutions. Core day-to-day requirements will cover:
· Initiating and Facilitating client implementation workshops and training sessions
· Conducting Business Analysis (Gap Analysis, feasibility studies) to gather requirements in line with company’s overall strategy and goals.
· Facilitating usability studies, walkthroughs, user forums, brainstorming workshops and surveys in order to identify process specific Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies, identify and define process improvements and draft business requirements.
To be considered for this fantastic role, a successful track record as a Business Analyst within a high performing technology, creative and / or BI organisation is key. Experience working within software / data environments is essential as are the following skills:
· Developing & delivering use Cases, sequence diagrams, wireframes, and story boards
· Waterfall / Agile (scrum)
· Problem Solving & Analysis Process mapping & re-engineering
· Ability to facilitate workshops to capture key requirements
