Leading software company with clients in the telecoms, media and mobile sectors is actively looking for a Lead/Senior Java Developer as they continue to win huge new pieces of work.
Working very closely with the Development TL and Technical Architects, your day-to-day role will include working on the development of groundbreaking software, middleware solutions and new portal developments through the full project life cycle on behalf of the company's international client base.
An experienced Java Developer, it is expected that you will have experience working in a structured development environment with source control, build and deployment systems and ideally within both agile and waterfall project management environments. The core technologies associated include:
This role will suit an experienced Java professional, passionate about technology and interested in a role offering loads of autonomy. You must have expert Java, J2EE skills within a Unix (Linux/Solaris) environment and utilising a Spring framework. Any experience in the following additional skills is highly advantageous including: Javascript, SOA, Fusion, Tomcat, Apache, WebServices, SOAP, JBOSS and Oracle.
